Refund policy

At Selected Watches, we guarantee that products will be delivered to the buyer’s address fully sealed, properly packaged, and in perfect condition.

Therefore, if the buyer wishes to return one of our products, they must exercise the right of withdrawal, which allows the product to be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

RETURNS ARE COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE.

We will provide the shipping label ourselves when a return is requested.

These rules apply to shipments to both Spain and France.

For returns of orders paid via Cash on Delivery, the commission charged for the Cash on Delivery payment method will not be refunded. Only the value of the product will be reimbursed.
